SHIPPING POLICY

At Hulkifulki, we aim to deliver your jewellery safely and as quickly as possible.

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
• Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

In cases where an exchange request is approved due to a damaged or defective product received directly from our side (as per our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy), our courier partner can arrange a pickup from the same address provided at the time of placing the order for the convenience of the customer.

Please note:
• Additional courier pickup charges will be applicable for arranging the return pickup service.
• The pickup request will only be processed after the required courier charges are paid online by the customer.
• If the customer does not wish to pay the additional pickup charges, they may choose to send the product back to the merchant at their given address, themselves through any courier service convenient to them.
• Once the exchanged product is received, reviewed, and approved by our team, no additional shipping charges will be applied for dispatching the exchanged product back to the customer.
