RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Hulkifulki, every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch to ensure the best quality for our customers.

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are accepted only in cases where the customer receives a damaged or defective product directly from our side.

To request an exchange, customers must provide:
• A clear unboxing/opening video starting before the package is opened
• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

These proofs are mandatory for verification and review by our team. Once reviewed, Hulkifulki reserves the right to approve or decline the exchange request based on the evidence provided.

Please note:
• Damages caused during courier transit, mishandling, natural disasters, improper usage, storage issues, or customer-caused damage are strictly not eligible for exchange.
• Requests made without an unboxing video will not be considered.

In cases where the damage is verified from our side and the customer does not wish to proceed with an exchange; a store credit voucher of the same order value will be provided for future shopping at Hulkifulki.
